The app allows people to send a secure message with a picture or video of the issue they face to the relevant authorities.
What do you have to do?
The first step is to install the app and provide your mobile number. After that, you will need to complete an online form. The information you provide will be used for reference. You can also report your complaint through a call or a text message.
